Hi, I’m Kate, a creative problem-solving ninja. For the past ten-plus years, I’ve been working disguised as a real estate agent, social media manager, and small business owner. But underneath that REALTOR blazer and my content calendars, my heart has always been in graphic design & marketing. Since 2017, I’ve put that love of marketing & design to the test. Through hard work and some serious social media skills, I was able to create one of the most recognizable real estate brands in Tampa. From creating the brand identity & graphics to delivering customized client gifts, I’ve always asked myself the question: “how can we set ourselves apart?” And then to up the ante I spent the last year and a half working as a social media manager for over 32 different clients. I spent every day creating engaging marketing graphics and content to help companies achieve their goals. That creativity and problem-solving attitude have been with me for as long as I can remember. My fine art and design education helped refine and elevate it to the next level. Add to that the unique set of skills and perspective that comes with real-world experience means I’m one exceptional candidate.
