About Kate Serad

My name is Kate Serad, I am a fourth-year student at Seneca College, and I am currently taking Flight Services- Operations & Cabin Management. I Am currently working part-time in Fortinos as a Deli Clerk Associate since October 2021. I am very passionate and committed when it comes to my work and being professional at all times. I always give the best customer service possible. I can speak four languages simultaneously: Cebuano, Tagalog, French, and Spanish. I have broad experience working in the retail industry as a customer service representative. I genuinely believe that these experiences taught me how to handle some circumstances when it comes to dealing with customers, and the experience helped me a lot to have a better understanding of what this experience will lead me to become a Future Flight Attendant. I am also looking forward to this opportunity. I am a passionate and self-motivated individual who has worked in customer-oriented fields such as retail and food service. I have always enjoyed helping people, both customers and coworkers alike with whatever it is that they need help with; my time in the Food Service Industry has greatly helped me develop excellent Customer Service skills. My educational background is Flight Services but I wish to use this knowledge in other areas.
