About Kate Stevenson

I’m Kate I have 12+ years of experience in travel and events. Having worked for both agencies and venues, I’ve gained a vast knowledge and extensive experience in all areas of the events sector. During this time, I’ve worked with a huge variety of companies, both large and small, across multiple sectors, helping customers to deliver their perfect event at their perfect venue. My main priority/focus is building positive, loyal and trusting relationships with my customers, which is something I pride myself on. Currently working towards my degree in counselling to fulfil my dream of helping people, with my aim being to get rid of the stigma surrounding mental illness and help to create a world where mental health is considered as important as physical health. EVENT CONSULTANCY ~ With our combined experience of almost 40 years, there are not many (if any!) event types we have not delivered & worked on. Taking a strategic approach from outside your business, we bring fresh thinking & a creative flare, helping you push your boundaries of what you have done before to deliver unforgettable events. PROJECT MANAGEMENT ~ Our customers are so busy juggling various tasks, so additional time & resource is always an asset we bring to the table. We remove the sleepless nights & constant panic of ‘what have I forgotten’ by working closely with them to manage key milestones, supplier liaison, ensuring the event ROI is the primary focus. EVENT MANAGEMENT ~ Building trusting relationships with our customers means we become an integral part of their ‘family’ & we remain their right arm during the event ensuring a seamless delivery onsite, taking a proactive approach to ensure any potential risks are managed.
