Kate grew up in Texas and moved to the Dallas, Ft. Worth area in Kate attended University of Texas at Arlington and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science degree in Criminology with a minor in Psychology in 2006. Two years later Kate attended Texas A&M School of Law in Ft. Worth where she graduated in 2011. Kate practices largely in Tarrant and Dallas Counties with most of her time dedicated to Family and Criminal Law. Kate has experience in many aspects of Family Law including Divorce, Custody, Visitation, Child Support, Spousal Support, equitable distribution of property, Pre-Marital Agreements, Marital and Property Settlement Agreements, Post-nuptial Agreements and Protective Orders to name a few. A large part of Kate's time is also committed to Criminal Law. She believes in the zealous defense of her clients. All facets of the case are vital and Kate will begin investigation beginning the moment that she is hired. She will obtain and scour police reports, obtain forensic testimony as necessary, and identify weaknesses in the prosecution's case. She works closely with her clients, discussing events and gathering all details pertinent to the defense. Kate believes a thorough approach is necessary to uncovering vital evidence to support her clients' cases.
