With over 10 years of teaching both in Wales and internationally, and 7 years in senior leadership, I bring a wealth of experience in curriculum development, teaching strategies, and assessment. I’m particularly passionate about the Curriculum for Wales and enjoy delivering bespoke professional learning sessions that are practical, engaging, and tailored to meet the unique needs of every school. My approach is centered on empowering teachers to strengthen their practice and ultimately make a difference to pupil outcomes. Whether it’s supporting whole-school improvement or helping teachers develop new approaches, I believe in creating a positive, collaborative learning culture.
