I joined Chesapeake Search Partners in 2023 as a senior member of the Real Estate and Financial Services practice. Since then, I have been promoted to Assistant Director, broadening my expertise to include a strategic focus in executive level Corporate Search. Client relationships span a range of industries including Family Office, Financial Services, Healthcare, Private Equity, Professional Services and Real Estate. Within those organizations, I support Accounting & Finance, Administrative, Executive Leadership, Marketing, Operations, Real Estate and Sales. With a strong foundation in client and candidate management, I specialize in executive search, retained and contingent searches. I am passionate about communication, career development, relationship building, retention, strategic advisory, and transparent recruiting practices; leveraging my business acumen and deep industry knowledge to connect top talent with opportunity. Key skills include executive communication, mentoring and delivering confidential, consultative search services. A Baltimore native, I was fortunate to commence my recruiting career at MRI Baltimore-Timonium, learning the executive search business from Linda Burton. My academic journey began at Roland Park Country School, where I discovered a love of books, history and writing and continued at Dickinson College with a focus in Art History. Outside of CSP, I enjoy spending time with my blended family of eight children. Hobbies include cooking, golf, pickleball and travel.
