I love ideas. I love people with ideas even more. Seeing humble, highly talented people achieve more than they think they can? Nothing beats it. Over the last 15 years, I’ve worked with some of the most prestigious research institutions in the world, including the Universities of Oxford and Cambridge, University College London, and Kings College London. With one-to-one coaching, leadership development, workshops, and retreats I’ve supported researchers and others to overcome overwhelm and self-doubt, develop compassionate resilience and thrive, both independently and in teams. Seeing the transformational power of coaching and community programmes led me to found Your Research Matters in 2022. With a team of talented coaches, we give more researchers access to coaching and community. The results are astonishing. Community coaching reaches people in a way that traditional training programmes cannot. And it’s more affordable than one-to-one coaching, so we can help more people. Which means more researchers achieving their potential without burning out. This makes me very happy. Specialities: One-to-one coaching for leaders, especially research leaders. Accreditation: I am an ICF accredited coach and completed my practitioner training with the Academy of Executive Coaching.
