Background

About Kate Tedstone

I am the founder and director of Changing Change, a boutique consultancy focused on people-led change. People-led change looks and feels different. I work with formal and informal leaders, team members and stakeholders to unpack challenges, draw out needs and create the conditions for co-design and ownership of solutions. Together, we create better change experiences, reset peoples' relationships to change and build lasting capability. With over two decades of experience as a consultant and in-house change leader, I have a strong track record as a strategic facilitator, collaboration designer, change lead and coach. I have worked with leaders to enable sustainable change across the corporate, government, health and education sectors. Most recently I was part of the national leadership team of PwC’s The Difference, a unique, collaborative design and strategic facilitation capability. I worked with clients across banking, superannuation, health, mining and utilities designing and delivering high impact transformative experiences. Prior to joining PwC, I honed my ability to connect with people and issues and lead change working as a freelance facilitator, customer transformation consultant and educator. I am deeply curious about people and the choices we all make. I am a passionate believer in the power of co-designed experiences to shift mindsets and behaviours and catalyse new ways of leading and working
