About Kate Trobe
I’ve spent over a decade supporting children and families and over 4 years specifically supporting neurodivergent humans from children and families to organisations and employees, across the UK, US, and South Africa. Whether it be behaviour support, executive functioning, or communication from sports fields and classrooms to boardrooms and homes. Everything shifted after my own late ADHD diagnosis. Suddenly, all the things that had felt difficult for so long started to make sense. I stopped trying to fit into systems that weren’t designed for my brain and started building spaces that worked with it. Now, I help organisations and families do the same. Through training and consulting, I support leaders, teams, and parents to understand neurodivergence, reduce overwhelm, and put inclusion into practice.
