Client happiness is my KPI. I am a results driven leader with the unique ability to also be a strong team member. Working in events gives me the satisfaction of seeing a project from conception through execution. Having worked on a small team for over a decade, I have skills in concept creation, client acquisition, relationship management, event management, human resources, event execution and much more. My skillset is highlighted in both the boardroom and the event site. I have a proven ability to plan programs from start to finish, and also the agility that comes with more than a decade of touring & event management Over the years, I've developed a reputation as a loyal, fair, and no-nonsense manager. Creating & managing brand programs that serve both the client and the consumer drives me and being able to not only help grow events, but the careers of my staff are really where my talents are highlighted. I've managed events that welcome more than attendees annually, brought in more than $50m in revenue, managed a staff of more than 200 and festival sites in more than 40 cities annually. I thrive on the energy of events, travel and the hustle. I believe in creating events that matter, and brand programs that will deliver. Having managed a variety of tours and events over the years, I've got the ability to pivot from the parking lot to the nightclub to the amphitheater or showroom floor - changing it up and making it work, every time.
