As a consultant, I feel the most important thing to do is listen. Buying or Selling a home can be a memorable and positive life experience. When clients know what to expect at each step along the way, it makes the entire process enjoyable for everyone. I have been told I have a talent for visualizing the home my clients are looking for and guiding them to it right away. I am able to aggressively and effectively market a home as well as expertly search for and negotiate when we find that "perfect" home. I think my strong connection with my clients and interest in their success is why I have the privilege to call so many my present friends.
