As a Principal Search Consultant for HardyGroup Kate has successfully partnered with various Local Health Networks across Australia and New Zealand on search and recruitment processes for senior health management roles. Kate works collaboratively with clients and candidates, offering sound practical advice on recruitment process management, including powerful strategies for stakeholder and executive engagement, interviews and psychological profiling. Kate works in close collaboration with the client’s Senior Executive and HR team to ensure that recruitment processes comply with the relevant HR policies and procedures in a fair, equitable, consistent and respectful manner.Kate’s previous career in SA Health spanned diverse senior leadership roles in Human Resource Management, Allied Health and Corporate Support Services. These roles have given her a sound understanding of the organisational structure and functioning of clinical and multi-disciplinary environments within the operations of hospitals and health services. Kate has chaired or been a panel member of numerous selection panels for the recruitment of health positions at executive and senior management level and has a sound knowledge of public sector Human Resources policy frameworks. Familiar with Employment Awards, Enterprise Agreements, the admission requirements of professional Colleges and the registration requirements of the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Authority, Kate also has a clear understanding of Credentialing, Scope of Practice and Clinical Governance systems.
