About Kate Weissman

I am Head of Operations at M Booth Health, focusing on the integration of the company's growing specialist capabilities and ensuring the employee experience is as inspiring as possible. Prior to starting to MBH, I was at Weber Shandwick for 13 years where I served as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Weber Shandwick focusing on employee engagement, DEI, and culture within our Boston office. My previous experience as a CX and Project Management Lead has given me the tools to help integrate all skillsets to optimize our work for our clients. I started my career at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Philadelphia doing event fundraising and donor development. After leaving LLS, I worked at tierney, Philadelphia’s top communications agency, on the McDonald’s account. While in Philadelphia, I was a founding member of a nonprofit organization, FUEL the CURE, which inspires young professionals to make charitable giving part of their lifestyle. I am currently a State Lead Ambassador for the American Cancer Society’s Cancer Action Network of Massachusetts, working with legislators to implement cancer-related policies to improve the lives of patients and families on both a national and state level, as well as a Cervivor Ambassador which educates communities about cervical cancer prevention.
