Motivated leader with 25 years of retirement administration experience in roles that have included Operations, Implementation, Sales, Process Improvement, Product, Operational Readiness and Business Transformation. Strong ability to manage teams through successful project implementations, drive standards and develop strategic solutions. I am always looking for a new opportunity to expand my skills by helping a team solve for a difficult problem or create a new or improved way of doing business. Most recently, I've been involved in helping our organization through an exciting transformation journey with readiness oversight across a large number of new project initiatives. The outcome will be a reimagined experience of engagement and collaboration with our external sponsors, advisors and TPA partners as well as our internal support teams.
