Currently, I'm shaping accessibility projects as a Project Manager at Level Access, adeptly aligning enterprise operations with strategic objectives. Prior to this, I honed my supervisory skills as a Program Manager at Freedom Mortgage, where I steered comprehensive career development programs across the U.S, managing large-scale annual budgets and leading volunteer projects. As a Project Manager and Account Coordinator at Miles Partnership, I excelled in customer relations, project timelines and budget management, and played a key role in global expansion initiatives. My areas of expertise include stakeholder communication, risk and variance analysis, process improvement, and resource allocation. As a proficient problem-solver, I am skilled in driving operational excellence and executing strategic projects. I'm a major foodie, yogi and love traveling to new places with my husband! Our adventures are usually to a National Park or a destination with breath-taking mountain ranges. Music soothes the soul so I enjoy attending live concerts whenever my favorite artists are nearby.
