About Katelyn Morse

I was born and raised in Sacramento, living in many established neighborhoods including River Park, Arden Park, and Del Dayo. I have always had a passion for real estate and grew up around it with both my parents having jobs in the industry. I earned a bachelor’s degree in communications with a minor in marketing from California State University Sacramento. Taking on my first role as a marketing coordinator and then as a licensed assistant to some of Sacramento’s top agents. I also pursued and received my certification as a real estate transaction coordinator. I value hard work, integrity, compassion, and professionalism in every aspect of my life. Additionally, I maintain a virtual open-door policy, returning phone calls and emails promptly to ensure a responsive and personable service to each of my clients. I pride myself on being extremely organized and like to always be one step ahead, so I’m prepared for anything. When I’m not making dreams come true for my clients, I enjoy spending time outdoors with family and friends. Skiing, boating, hiking, and playing with my German Short-Haired Pointer, Brooks.
