About Katelyn Oneill

I am a motivated and committed person with a varied background that includes customer service, community engagement, and academic goals. My restaurant experience has enhanced my communication skills, my ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, and my passion for delivering outstanding service to customers. While working at Goodwill, I also developed a deep appreciation for the importance of teamwork, resourcefulness, and empathy while helping customers and colleagues in a fast-paced retail setting.I have enhanced my understanding of the legal system and its connection to social issues as a criminal justice major at the University of New Haven. My analytical skills have been improved and my dedication to social justice and reform has been invigorated by this academic journey. As a member and leader of the Community Service Committee for the American Criminal Justice Association, I have enhanced my leadership skills and made a concrete difference in the community through various outreach projects. I have become a versatile and compassionate person who flourishes in teamwork situations and is always ready to help with valuable tasks due to the combination of these experiences.
