About Katelyn Ross

Since graduating from Bridgewater State University in 2019, I accepted a position as a Human Resources Manager at an organization with about 25 employees. My 6+ years of management skills there allowed for a fantastic transition into my new role! The Human Resources Management position at a small business prepared me for my next role as a Human Resources Director at T&K Asphalt Services, Inc. At T&K, I work alongside roughly 145 other individuals and am responsible for payroll operations, all benefit management, recruitment & onboarding, handbook policy enforcement and revisions. I also apply for and manage state funded grant training programs and coordinate the corresponding trainings with all departments and levels of employment to further employee development & engagement. I enjoy working both in a team and in an independent environment and have a proven track record demonstrating my level of responsibility, preparedness and taking the initiative to set and achieve goals. I possess the ability to multitask in a very detail oriented and efficient manner and pride myself on a job well done.
