Katelyn Scott has a strong background in corporate real estate, public and private sector procurements and a keen enthusiasm to learn. She has extensive experience working with high profile private sector and public sector companies such as Infrastructure Ontario, Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, Rogers Communications, CIBC, TD Bank, City of Barrie and the City of Toronto. She graduated with a Bachelors in Commerce and is currently pursuing her Masters in Corporate Real Estate. Through hands on experience Katelyn has developed a strong understanding of fairness, corporate real estate and outsourcing initiatives. Through front line exposure to high profile projects, Katelyn has gained excellent project management skills that involve building relationships with clients while focusing on achieving their desired outcome. Through her experience in fairness monitoring/advisory services she uses an outcome focused approach ensuring that the process is open, fair and transparent. She applies these practices through all of her day to day activities.
