Hi there! I’m an Operations Manager at HYVE Brand Concierge, where I get to do what I love most - supporting a stellar team, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. My journey into operations wasn’t traditional. I spent nearly a decade as a high school math teacher and department head before pivoting into the world of brand management. That background gave me a strong foundation in communication, organization, and leadership which are skills I lean on daily in this fast-paced, client-focused environment. Since joining HYVE, I’ve grown from Executive Assistant to Account Manager to Operations Manager, all in a matter of months. That rapid growth came from jumping in wherever I was needed, building trust, and always looking for ways to make our work more efficient (and more enjoyable). I’m passionate about building strong relationships, creating clarity in chaos, and making sure both clients and team members feel supported every step of the way. Whether it’s refining internal processes, jumping into creative reviews, or lending a hand in the support inbox, I’m all in.
