Experienced individual displaying focus on customer satisfaction while continuing the importance to obtain this with my professional experience and educational background. I graduated from Bemidji State University as a Student-Athlete with a Degree in Business Administration emphasis in Finance, Management and Entrepreneurship / Small Business Management. The jobs and internship positions I have fulfilled have curved a path that have incorporated my skills of customer service, financial decision making, and management style. This has enabled myself to lead a team to work efficiently towards a common goal while creating a positive team culture with clear communication. Through my studies, various real world experience internships and a full time position, I have established my passion for exhibiting excellent leadership skills, clear and personalized communication styles and process efficiency. I look ahead to a future that will challenge me to continue to develop each of these three pillars.
