I’m a Clinical Director and strategic leader with a passion for building systems that help people and organizations thrive. At MHY Family Services, I lead a large, multi-county continuum of behavioral health programs serving youth and families across Pennsylvania. Over the past several years, I’ve helped guide MHY through meaningful growth—expanding from three to nine program teams, increasing staff capacity, and driving significant budget growth while maintaining high quality, compliance, and sustainability. I bring equal focus to people and process, connecting mission-driven work with operational excellence. My leadership philosophy centers on humility, connection, and accountability. I strive to create environments where people feel seen, valued, and supported to lead. I believe emotionally intelligent, proactive teams achieve lasting impact when they align values with action, communicate openly, and trust one another. Grounded in humble beginnings, I stay close to the work—approachable, steady, and practical—while also thriving in strategic spaces that demand innovation and systems thinking.
