I am a detail-oriented and creative professional with a strong background in customer service, hospitality, and event management. Currently, I serve as a Processing Clerk at Costco, where I’ve honed my skills in organization, communication, and task management. Alongside my role at Costco, I am pursuing certifications in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, and UX Design through Google Coursera, aligning with my passion for writing, content creation, and delivering meaningful user experiences. Previously, as Banquet Captain at Elevation Hotel & Spa, I led a dynamic team and assumed full responsibility for event planning and execution. My role encompassed everything from preparation, staging, and place-settings to managing seating charts, staffing, and serving as the on-site Audio/Visual Technician. I developed and implemented SOPs, handled inventory, and ensured seamless communication across departments to deliver exceptional events that exceeded guest expectations. My career journey has also included diverse experiences, such as being a Flight Attendant for Trans States Airlines, where I managed safety and customer satisfaction for up to 50 passengers, and serving high-end clientele as part of the Eleven Experience team in Colorado’s Gunnison Valley. Across these roles, I’ve demonstrated my ability to adapt, connect with others, and uphold excellence in service. During my time as a Business Marketing student at Oklahoma State University, I balanced full-time coursework with customer service roles, building a foundation of leadership, communication, and strategic thinking that has carried through my career. Now, I am focused on combining my professional experience and ongoing education to create compelling content, develop innovative marketing strategies, and craft user-centered designs that inspire and engage audiences.
