About Katerina Brown

Arriving in a foreign country with one suitcase and average English language is exactly where I was ten years ago. I was nineteen when I left myhome country and became an Au-pair. I worked on getting to a place where I could speak fluently, and financially afford a start at higher education in the UK. In 2019 I saw the whole cathedral clapping and my family cheering me on as I was being awarded a 2:1 degree for my joint honours… Easily the proudest moment of my life!My post graduate journey led me to an appointment setting and lead generation role for a small fitness business, where I got my first promotion to a Sales Manager. I managed a Team of Appointment Setters, created onboarding strategies, and worked closely with the owner to help improve the effectiveness of processes and overall structure.Currently, I work for one of the largest UK software providers. I am the point of contact for all employees, frequently update and manage the HR database, process all aspects of the employee life cycles, conduct monthly payroll submission and checks, and manage my stakeholders. I aspire for continuous growth and development of my skills to unlock further opportunities.
