About Kath Sloggett

Collaborative business leader and Finance Director (Chartered Accountant) with 15+ years' experience in executive leadership, strategic advisory and board level roles across corporates, SMEs and charities. After consulting and finance roles (PwC, Coca-Cola, BT), I pivoted into tech innovation— initially as Finance Director for Auto-ID, a tech start-up that grew from launch to £6M turnover within two years in BT’s corporate innovation hub, and then at Pegagog, a pre-IPO mobile tech business. Since then I've worked with a number of SME businesses and charities in executive and board roles including CFO, interim CEO, adviser/consultant, Non-Executive Director, Trustee and Chair. Currently, I help professionals navigate their careers and businesses at Runneth London. I also contribute actively to the charitable sector as Vice Chair of Trustees/Chair of the Finance Audit & Risk Committee at Wembley Multi-Academy Trust and formerly as Chair of The Children’s Book Project, a Registered Charity. My board experience spans strategic planning, finance and investments, board and leadership recruitment, contracting and procurement, education/schools, registered charities, risk management and governance. I’m energised by making a positive purposeful impact, empowering and developing others, and opportunities for learning, innovation and problem solving.
