With more than 12 years of experience in IT application management, support, and education, I am passionate about designing, implementing, and troubleshooting software solutions that enhance the productivity and performance of users and teams. I function as a technical lead for assigned technology systems and projects, such as SharePoint, Microsoft 365, ReQlogic, and Veeva Vault. I have managed and configured sites, user accounts, permissions, and data management, and applied patches and software updates periodically to ensure security and compliance. I have also designed workshops to educate individuals on new applications and troubleshooting tips, and mentored Teams superusers and organizational stakeholders. Additionally, I have performed strategy, planning, and operational excellence through continuous improvement and automation, and collaborated with other IT team members, network administrators, database administrators, and finance teams to provision and install new applications. Some of the skills that I use and develop in my role are application management, Veeva Vault, Technical Support, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, ReQlogic, and Kace. I am also an experienced prompt engineer who can acquire the best answers by customizing questions out of language models. My specialty is using AI systems' strengths to provide thoughtful, strategic prompts that help me obtain accurate, focused results in a variety of applications. I handle the complexities of prompt design to fully utilize AI technology in a variety of projects.
