My experience includes recruitment, training and management of a large number of staff in a social work home care department, making holistic decisions often contained within stressful situations, researching and delivering training courses with a single aim of developing students, staff and myself towards personal goals whilst incorporating organisational and educational objectives. I am decisive and skilled at analysing and interpreting situations objectively and efficiently.
