If you look at my work history, its no secret that I’ve been employed in a range of positions. From representing a Fortune 500 tech-based company at a call centre, marketing for various alcohol brands, styling customers at a chic designed-based company, assisting clients across the globe with their hair extension needs while leading the North American team, to training Sales, Customer Care, and Retention agents to sell and service life insurance policies. I’ve been afforded the ability to try new things out and understand what it means to be successful within different environments. What remains consistent however, is my passion for creating long-lasting, supportive, and meaningful connections in everything I do. I have and continue to provide superior customer service because I strive to treat each interaction as distinct and important, and I now have the opportunity train people to do the same. I’m a graduate from Wilfrid Laurier University with a degree in Honours Religion and Culture with a minor in Psychology. I am passionate about academia, and in my spare time you’ll often find me watching documentaries or reading. I am a detail-oriented person and a self-proclaimed perfectionist because I truly believe that everything I do is worth doing to the absolute best of my ability.
