About Katherine Badillo

Before I stared my career, I lived in Puerto Rico where I was born and raised. Here I completed my Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice with a GPA of 3.31 and graduated in my class as “Cum Laude”. I stared my career in Law enforcement as a Correctional Officer at the Jacksonville Sheriff Office. On this role I provided supervision and care for inmates, enforced rules and regulations. I was able to develop communication, documentation and problem solving skills. Here I was also able to understand laws, processes and procedures. I moved over to Penske Truck Leasing in the Management Trainee role. Here I was able to grow professionally in the customer service side and my computer management skills. I have developed knowledge with managing invoices, scheduling services and provided guidance to all customers. I also make sure that I am meticulous with damage reports and being able to investigate all incidents. I am someone who is always a team player and helps in all tasks that are given. I am someone who is tedious, puntual and always willing to learn in my roles. I am very passionate in being able to grow as a professional to use my educational background and experience to help your Business/Company.
