I have 9+ years of PM experience, Design build & oversaw multiple projects from inception to completion simultaneously, love doing take offs, creating proposals, submittal logs, RFQs, RRPs, RFIs, change orders, budgets, estimates, schedules, timelines, risk management, cost analysis, scope of work, reports, site visits, close outs, building a strong rapport with clients, vetting bids from contractors, being the main communication between the contractors, my team, and the clients, as well as doing onsite visits for all my projects. Design- engineered virtual prototypes of system layouts. Open to travel. My biggest project was a 16 building Aurora condo structure that I did from ground up for $375M. My largest and first Healthcare project was for Presence Resurrection Hospital to replace their west wing nurse call system for $28M. I have experience in commercial, retail, restaurant, residential, high rise, ground up, healthcare, industrial, municipal, non profit, education, entertainment, data centers, federal & more. I’m familiar with Procore, Bluebeam, Revit, Stack, FieldWire, Accubid, Monday, Seibel, Salesforce, Microkey, Beeline, Fieldsglass, and proficient in MS Office Suite. Knowledge of NEC, NFPA70, NFPA72, and Chicago building codes. Driven, very quick learner, determined, self starter but also a team player, love to learn and educate myself further for my career goals (teachable), devoted, hard worker, wear multiple hats, step up to the plate and take the leadership role when needed, honest, ethical, positive attitude, patience, take initiative, and problem solving skills. I also have 16 years Business Development and Sales experience in both B2B and B2C. Always meeting my target goal and surpassing my quarterly and yearly budgets. I managed a team of 10 account managers while at CoreConcepts, mentoring, teaching, and leading them to follow our business plan criteria. Went on job site walks throughs with them to see how they performed, gave them guidance and recommendations on what they did well and what they could have improved on, all while also balancing my own work load simultaneously. Also have 4 years experience in the Healthcare industry. Spearheaded the healthcare division at LaMarco Systems and was the Director of it. I also have experience in IT, logistics, and social media.
