About Katherine Ford

As a Senior Interior Designer and Project Manager with over 15 years of experience, I specialize in creating functional, elegant, and highly personalized spaces that reflect each client’s vision while delivering projects on time and within budget. My design journey began after successfully renovating and selling multiple properties in Atlanta and Mexico, where I discovered my natural talent for transforming spaces. Since then, I’ve spearheaded 50+ projects spanning luxury homes, ski residences, remodels, investment properties, and hospitality spaces. My work has been recognized in five magazine publications and featured in a designer spotlight with Stikwood. What sets me apart is my ability to blend leadership and client care—listening deeply to each client’s goals while offering creative solutions they hadn’t considered, resulting in spaces that balance innovation, functionality, and beauty. I collaborate seamlessly with design teams, contractors, and vendors, using tools like RoomSketcher, Canva, Freeform, and HouzzPro to communicate design intent with precision and clarity. Highlights of my expertise include: Delivering magazine-worthy “before & afters” recognized by local communities. Building lasting client relationships through transparency, budget alignment, and exceptional communication. Managing projects remotely with efficient systems, QR codes, digital tools, and detailed mood boards. As I continue to grow, my goal is to lead larger teams and contribute to firms recognized for design excellence and client satisfaction.
