About Katherine Gallagher

Hi, I’m Katherine! I recently joined the Indy Fuel and Fishers Freight as part of the Brand Partnerships team, where I help connect local and national brands with passionate hockey fans through meaningful sponsorship opportunities. This new chapter builds on my University of Indianapolis Master’s in Sport Management and my Bachelor’s in Sport Marketing and Management from Indiana University Bloomington. During grad school, I worked as a Graduate Assistant with the Horizon League, supporting Division I championship operations, corporate sponsorships, and member relations. I also stay involved with Indiana Sports Corp as a dedicated volunteer, helping to bring world-class sporting events to Indianapolis. Outside of work, I’ve spent several years in the hospitality industry—currently at Seasons 52—where I’ve fine-tuned my communication, service, and relationship-building skills. I’m a proud college basketball superfan, veteran baseball sister, and (controversially) both an IU and Purdue supporter. I thrive on the energy of live events, great music, and Survivor on CBS, and I’m always on the hunt for the perfect bite as a self-proclaimed food critic. I’m excited to bring my enthusiasm, creativity, and love for all things sports and entertainment to the world of brand partnerships in hockey and football.
