I am a Senior Recruiting and Human Resources professional with 30 plus years of experience. As the Talent Acquisition Manager for Realty ONE Group Success, I recruit and support inspiring and successful Realtors. Previously, I was the Senior Recruiter for Saenger Associates, a boutique retained search firm. I managed a wide variety of retained executive search engagements in multiple industries. I had a successful eleven-year career with the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce, the premiere business advocacy association in the Los Angeles region. As Director of Human Resources & Administration, I was responsible for all human resources functions, strategic planning, HR related public policy, and managing the Chamber's relationship with 75 corporate executive Chamber Board Directors. I started my work at the Chamber in HR and as a legislative manager, focused on human resources-related lobbying efforts at the local, state and federal level. My career began with Southern California retailer Robinson’s Department Store. I was the head of HR for the $25 million Glendale store, responsible for all HR operations, including employee relations, training & development, recruitment, and compensation and benefits. EDUCATION Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA Graduate of the Center for Creative Leadership. Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) for 10 years.
