About Katherine Hernandez

As a Product Designer, I have had the wonderful opportunity to create user experience solutions for both personal and corporate clients, focusing on improving their lives in both virtual and physical environments. ​I bring over eight years of experience to the field, having studied financial engineering and earned a master's degree in economics, and I possess extensive knowledge of tools such as Bizagi, Power BI, Salesforce, and Figma for redesign activities. In my daily routine, I conducted user interviews and research, and create user experiences. My skills cover the entire spectrum of experience design—from market research and ideation to prototyping, through to implementation and introducing experiences into the real world. I am passionate about co-creation, the design thinking methodology, and building customer rapport. I believe the best results are achieved when customers leave feeling grateful and at peace with our service. For this reason, I aspire to stay close to the marketing field and learn from the Canadian culture while I expand my understanding of customers, digital experiences, and sales. On a personal level, I am always eager to be part of dynamic communities where people are keen to learn and grow. This is why in my free time, I dedicate myself to meditation, swimming, and teaching personal finance and economics. I truly enjoy teaching and sharing knowledge.
