After a 15-year career in secondary education, Katherine Lash launched SpiritQuest Sedona Retreats, LLC. SpiritQuest Sedona Retreats is a spiritual retreat company catering to people from all walks of life and of all ages. Katherine's ultimate goal is to create a community where all people validate themselves and their unique purpose in life. SpiritQuest Sedona Retreats has a mission of spiritual empowerment, meaning it promotes wellness and balance, on a core level, in order to help others achieve their best lives. Katherine's company provides individual retreats, couples retreats, & family retreats to provide tools and skills for communication, conflict resolution, conscious living, healing dysfunctional patterns, and finding purpose. At SpiritQuest you will find retreats specifically designed for women. These dive deep into issues such as body image, self-esteem, purpose, career, family dynamics, empowerment, authentic voice, and more. SpiritQuest couples and family retreats are designed to help others take their relationships to the next level. Tools include love languages, safety, taking responsibility, supporting growth, building trust, appreciation, shared duties, working together constructively, and learning how to honor each other. Men's retreats focus on stress release, dealing with anxiety, integral living, confidence, mental health, the balance of time & energy, family relationships, and work balance, to name a few. Whereas the spiritual retreat, healing retreat, wellness retreat, and shamanic retreat are less specific and can be custom designed to fit a person's needs. Each of these retreats provides insights and tools for living a healthier, more balanced, joyful life. The spiritual retreat focuses on taking your spiritual practice to the next level. The healing retreat is about removing blockages and manifesting your desires. Whereas the wellness retreat is more about nutrition and the physical body. Lastly, the shamanic retreat focuses on reconnecting with Nature and cutting unhealthy energetic cords, thus learning to be your own inner wisdom shaman. Katherine Lash developed and implemented all curricula as well as all operations at SpiritQuest Sedona Retreats. She is also a spiritual coach and group retreat facilitator for over 20 years. Katherine designed the website along with her oldest daughter Rayonna Lash. Katherine is blessed to have Jessica Lash, her youngest daughter, to serve as manager at SpiritQuest Sedona Retreats. Lastly, she enjoys an amazing, supporting husband and partner, Troy DeSmet.
