About Katherine McLean

I have a decade of classroom teaching, predominantly in international schools and working with the IB PYP. My greatest passions are mindfulness, holistic wellbeing, and working with children and families. Whether you want to develop a whole-school/workplace mindfulness program, bring the skills of social-emotional learning to your children, or just get in touch with your wiser, more balanced self, I am here to help you on the path. My passion is helping to reawaken mindfulness in adults, foster the natural mindfulness of children, and assist in developing true connection within communities. With an M.A. in Educational Psychology (specializing in Mindfulness Programs for Early Years) and having worked with classroom mindfulness in multiple international schools, my approach is three-fold: I focus on first equipping teachers with an understanding of mindfulness in their own lives, followed by the progression of developmental mindfulness across the ages through my original body of research, and then curating community initiatives that prioritize wellbeing in a sustainable way. From personalized small-groups to whole-school Professional Development workshops, my expertise is making mindfulness both accessible and embodied - helping us to connect more deeply to ourselves and the world.
