About Katherine Page

Hello! I am a Senior at UT Austin, studying Classical Archaeology and Philosophy with complementary minors in French and History. I have an academic Creative Writing Certificate too! While studying Classical Archaeology at UT, I've gained practical experience with archaeological methods and a deep understanding of ancient civilizations. My Philosophy background helps me analyze these findings within ethical and abstract contexts. Being fluent in French and having a minor in History also gives me a broader global perspective, helping me appreciate cultural diversity and human behavior in my research. I also have an extensive background and personal interest in journalistic endeavors, with substantial experience in freelancing, writing, and editing. My Creative Writing certificate aids me in this, allowing me to effectively communicate my research and ideas to target audiences. An academic at heart, I am dedicated to making the most of every opportunity to learn and explore the world! My goal is to contribute meaningfully to my fields of study. By embracing new experiences and perspectives, I aim to broaden my understanding and make a positive impact both within and beyond my communities.
