Throughout my career I’ve offered professional, engaging, and friendly customer service to support loyal clientele and colleague networking. Providing excellence in customer service, AZ real estate, home building, retail management, and team leadership responsibilities. I began my career in 2007 with an Estheticians license, specializing in medical/ Spa services, and managing a luxury retail boutique in Tucson, AZ. I proceeded to grow with retail management as a general manager for 6 years in the Tucson, AZ and Scottsdale, AZ market from 2008 through 2016. I switched gears into the Real Estate and Home Building industry in 2016 in Tucson, Maricopa, Florence, Buckeye, and Phoenix markets as a Regional Office Manager. I will continue to grow and develop strong relationships within the home building industry. I am committed to all general permitting processes and forward planning in land development. Responsible for obtaining a wide range of permits and cash bonds to support the home construction in the beautiful Arcadia and Scottsdale, AZ communities. In addition to permitting, I manage office administration tasks such as: office supplies, travel arrangements, card/cash handling, accounting, and inventory management. Also managing quarterly team building events and trade partner appreciation activities. Thriving in an efficient and well-organized environment by daily/weekly/monthly planning and goal setting. Supporting all business factors from corporate office to the construction team and trade partners to support a successful and strong performance. I enjoy creating a professional, positive, respectful, safe working environment to comply with all company policies and procedures for maximum profitability and efficiency.
