Public health law and policy professional with experience in innovative pilot design, healthcare reform including legislative drafting and legal implementation, healthcare and payer management and operations, and global health. Currently responsible for the oversight of Fallon's Medicaid book of business, including performance, strategy, and growth. Previously oversaw the operations and strategy of a hospital system's Medicaid ACOs, and the compliance and privacy security strategy for the system's Medicare and commercial risk contracts. Led work related to behavioral health integration at the Massachusetts Health Policy Commission, initiated a collaboration with mental health courts though the Harvard Law Center for Health Law and Policy Innovation, and worked on global health reform and implementation of PrEP at the O’Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law. Former professor of Health Law and Public Health Law at Harvard Law School and the Harvard School of Public Health, respectively. Collaborating Mentor with Harvard’s Strategic Training Initiative for the Prevention of Eating Disorders. Prior board member of Communitas, Friends of Tanzanian Communities (FOTZC), and Our Bodies Ourselves. Amateur marathoner, inelegant tele-skier, and interior design aficionado.
