In my current role I work daily investing in human capital in my own organization. Identifying the potential for progress in our organization and developing employees into leaders who can innovate and iterate in the face of challenges is paramount to my leadership style. Igniting engagement, creativity, and progress in the workplace through facilitated review sessions, mentorship pairings, and cross functional team development has been critical to our success. I work to develop leaders internally through change management models that will not only empower leaders but create an environment focused on diversity, vision, relationships and progress. I work diligently to design solutions, engage the business, enable your workforce, and sustain a change through culture shaping.
