About Katherine Wolz

I’m a sales and marketing leader with deep expertise in partnership development, event marketing, and revenue growth. With 10+ years of experience in senior living and healthcare, I’ve built strong referral networks, created high-impact client experiences, and exceeded sales goals year after year. What sets me apart is my ability to blend relationship-building with strategy—whether it’s securing new business, cultivating long-term partnerships, or designing creative events that connect people and brands. From developing referral pipelines with financial advisors to hosting VIP events that engage high-end clients, I know how to drive growth while creating meaningful connections. A proud Louisville native, girl mom, and wife to a first responder, I’m passionate about community, connection, and celebrating Kentucky’s unique culture. I’m excited to bring my skills in partnership development and brand building to opportunities that make a lasting impact.
