About Katheryn Kat Frederick

For more than a decade, I’ve had the pleasure of supporting Revere Control Systems in a variety of roles, each one feeding my curiosity and drive to learn more about Automation for the Digital World. In 2012, I started in Revere's production shop, wiring control panels and working onsite, which gave me a solid foundation in the nuts and bolts of our industry.From there, I moved into working with vendors, expediting, and managing our production schedule—always eager to tackle new challenges and learn from them. I then took on the responsibility of managing estimating, booking, and coordinating projects in the Water & Wastewater sector, where I honed my skills in project management and problem-solving.After a rewarding experience in sales, I returned to project management, focusing on the many Energy and Manufacturing industries we support. Through all these experiences, my curious nature has always pushed me forward, whether I’m diving into a new project or finding new ways to help my colleagues.At the heart of everything I do is a commitment to Revere's foundation, where our highest calling is to serve others. This aligns perfectly with our vision to accelerate a cleaner, smarter, and more sustainable world.
