About Kathi Healy

Since forming RMI Reaction Management Inc. in 1997, I have created powerful brand experiences for high profile clients around the world. My team has 150 combined years of event management experience and has hosted more than 300 events. When COVID-19 wiped out live events, RMI quickly adapted to our new world by offering safe virtual, hybrid and in person events. During this challenging time, our clients also struggled with how to recognize their employees, customers and other stakeholders. In response, we introduced luxury incentive packages and gift programs to keep relationships strong.RMI’s clients include Polaris, Toyota, Lexus, Ryman Hospitality and many more. Several of these clients have been working with my team for over 20 years. We are passionate about developing corporate event management solutions that save clients months of work and make a positive impact on their bottom line. My company has built a reputation for going above and beyond standard event technology, A/V and production, ensuring clients enjoy a white-glove, five-star experience. We anticipate and accommodate the needs and wants of every executive, strategic partner, influencer and guest.I invite you to connect with me so you can learn more about how I can build your brand loyalty and create powerful brand experiences.
