About Kathi Szabo

As co-founder of Eclectic Well-Being, I help individuals consciously create what’s next—whether that’s a career pivot, a passion project, or a post-retirement purpose. My coaching, retreats, and wellness experiences are rooted in the belief that we’re never done becoming, and that our most fulfilling chapters often begin when we permit ourselves to reimagine what’s possible. At Eclectic Sanctuary, our signature retreats *from Costa Rica to Italy to Spain in 2026* offer space to pause, reflect, and reconnect. Through mindfulness, movement, and meaningful conversation, we guide people out of autopilot and into what I call inspirement: a values-aligned, soul-satisfying season of life filled with curiosity, contribution, and joy. Whether you’re 38 or 68, it’s not about winding down—it’s about waking up to what’s next. That same philosophy guides my work at Lake Michigan College, where I serve as the Career Development Specialist, helping students discover career paths that reflect their unique identities and aspirations. In 2024, I completed my Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP) credential, bringing a whole-person approach to career coaching, one that integrates mindset, clarity, and vision.
