I have Around 26 years of experience in Purchasing/SCM functions like Sourcing, Supplier Development, SQIG, Incoming Quality, Project Procurement (Capex / Opex), Consumables Procurement, Fuel Procurement, Inventory, Logistics & Warehouse management and Scrap disposal, for many projects, right from development to steady state delivery, by Supplier assessment for sourcing, Techno-commercial evaluation, Zero based costing, Purchasing, Part/Process development, Planning, Monitoring, Controlling the phases of project life cycle, Resource planning and also lead the CFT where ever joint decisions needs to be taken. Implemented WCQ, JIT, VMI, KABAN, Heijunka at the suppliers end. Improve the process at suppliers end by EVI, MSA, APQP, PPAP and there by improve the PPM and reduce the COPQ. Project procurement - Capex & Opex Warehouse Management / Stores management / Inventory management Logistics & SCM initiatives - JIT, VMI, KABAN, Heijunka at the suppliers end.
