I help CEOs navigate the economies they operate in. I let them know what's coming before it becomes mainstream. There are 9 risks facing the board over the next decade. It’s critical to be ready. Currently I'm a Board member at TSX-listed AGF Management Limited,(AGF:B) where a diverse board is helping the CEO grow the company. This has involved a business model reorientation, rebranding, digital transformation, and a move to AI usage in marketing. I chair the Nom and Gov committee and serve on Audit and Compensation committees. For the last eleven years, I’ve served on the board of NYSE-listed UniFirst Corporation (UNF), where in the last five years, we’ve completed CEO succession, composed a new capital plan, oversaw 8-10 acquisitions per year, and are currently upskilling the labor force, and overseeing digital transformation. During COVID I served on the Global Supply Chain Committee. Recently, I became Chair of the ESG Committee. Formerly, I was a Board member at NASDAQ-listed Mass Bank (MSB) between 2004-2008, serving on the ALCO, nominating and governance, and insurance committees. I helped the CEO sell the bank with shareholders completely intact before the global financial crisis by making an early recession call in November, 2007. It was my first public board, and I was 42 yrs old serving with the Treasurer of MIT. I'm the CEO and founder of two start-ups companies, Camilli Economics, LLC and Economic Mapping, LLC. I'm a business economist with an MBA, and 30 years experience in macro economic forecasting. My expertise is macro-economic decision making applied to business strategy, and investment decisions for superior performance. I am interested in early, mid and late-stage companies, as an investor and board member. I enjoy working with founders I believe in. I currently serve on the board of Zero Hash, a FinCEN-registered money services business (MSB) and wholly owned subsidiary of Seedcx an institutional liquidity service for digital assets.
