About Kathleen Carpenter

Specialties: I started out in production and ran production for 3 years. I then moved up to receptionist and from there I went to Sales. In sales I entered orders, did quotes, made cold calls. I then became the inside sales manager, where I developed great relationships with the customers. I then moved into purchasing as purchasing manager where I entered and sent orders to vendors. I also worked closely with vendors. I am currenly purchasing manager, Inside sale manager, and production planner. I enter orders and send them to vendors and also put together the shop production schedule. I also enter the customer orders and order component part when needed against these order. I work closely with the the director of supply chain and sales. I have worked with excel for 20 years, along with MQ1, Great plains dynamics, microsoft word, EDI, Paradox, ASN'S, International paperwork, and much more. I work well with people and always get back to my customers as quickly as possible. I have done invoicing to customers, receiving paperwork, ordering for purchasing as well as entering orders and quotes for customer. I am currently taking care of inside sales, purchasing, production planning schedules, sending ASN's to customer, receiving input, and some shipping scheduling, I am a back up for invoicing
