Then, I review the drawings during the development stage and again before applying for permits. My task is to identify graphical and textural inconsistencies, and errors, as well as ensure completeness of the drawing set. The sets generally include Architectural, Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, and Structural drawings. As a designer and writer, I focus on effectively communicating my client's message. This involves knowing when more is more and when more is less. Because in a battle of creative egos, often the client loses. My goal is to combine my skills as a designer and writer to work in tandem for the benefit of each client. Specialties: Small and minority-owned business company brochures, RFP responses, business proposals, business plans, marketing collateral, and corporate outreach programs to small and minority businesses, as well as workshop materials
