I have wide-ranging Food & Beverage/Hospitality experience, blending back and front-of-the house with extensive Instructional expertise. This includes managing pastry departments in hotels and restaurants, Baking/Pastry instruction, culinary academic program administration, and operating university student dining facilities. I bring a creative, organized approach that focuses on coordinating multiple priorities to go beyond expectations. I am currently overseeing the operation of university student dining units, which has enhanced my systems experience. I am continuously involved in training and developing SOPS to deliver consistent service. As a very hands-on manager I am actively engaging with staff in day-to-day operations while still staying focused on the big picture. Excellent interpersonal skills that maintain effective rapport with co-workers, vendors, and customers.
