Kathleen Massae takes a creative approach to real estate with out-of-the-box thinking inspired by her own homebuying experiences. Knowing firsthand the worries of first-time buyers, she offers them empathy along with the assurance that they will know their perfect home when they see it. Kathleen and her husband have lived in the Sacramento area for more than 20 years, contributing to their community and church. Her earliest real estate lessons came from her father, an Irish immigrant who became a real estate investor. Through him, Kathleen learned a lot about buying and selling land as well as investment and commercial properties — along with a tireless work ethic. Building client relationships is Kathleen’s specialty, having refined the art for more than 30 years in the service industry. Most of all, she listened and learned to put herself in the other person’s shoes, developing the communication skills that serve her so well as a real estate professional. In addition to being honest, authentic, compassionate, and loyal, she believes one of her most important attributes is the ability to make people laugh — because there’s enough stress in this world. Kathleen and her family enjoy contributing to local community projects and other Christian ministries in various countries. The family loves to entertain, ride all-terrain vehicles in the desert, go camping, and spend time together however they can.
